1 teaspoon chile paste

1 teaspoon chopped garlic

2 tablespoons peanut oil

1 tablespoon sesame oil

2 tablespoons fresh cilantro, chopped

4 halibut steaks (6 ounces each) about 1 thick

salt and freshly ground pepper

1/2 tablespoon five spice powder

2 tablespoons peanut oil, divided

2 teaspoons fresh ginger, grated or minced

1 package (8 ounces) broccoli coleslaw or regular coleslaw mixture

1 medium red bell pepper, thinly sliced (about 1 cup)

2 green onions, sliced (about 1/3 cup)

2 teaspoons sesame seeds, toasted)
